This policy describes how software operated by Relay Capital Inc ("the Software") handles data. The Software is internal-use business software. It is used only by Relay Capital Inc and its affiliated entities; it is not offered to the public and has no public user accounts.
Data We Access
The Software accesses accounting and financial data belonging to Relay Capital Inc and its affiliated entities. This data is retrieved through the QuickBooks Online API under authorized consent granted by those entities' own administrators. The Software does not access data belonging to any unrelated person or company.
How Data Is Used
Data is used solely to operate internal bookkeeping, reporting, and financial automation for Relay Capital Inc and its affiliated entities. We do not sell data. We do not share data with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access credentials and authorization tokens are stored encrypted and are accessible only to authorized administrators of Relay Capital Inc.
Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed for the bookkeeping and reporting purposes described above, or as required by law. Authorization can be revoked at any time by the granting entity through its QuickBooks Online account, which terminates the Software's access.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
