Terms of Use
These terms govern use of software operated by Relay Capital Inc ("the Software"). The Software is internal-use business software for Relay Capital Inc and its affiliated entities. It is not offered for sale, license, or use by the general public.
Authorized Use
Use of the Software is limited to Relay Capital Inc, its affiliated entities, and individuals those entities expressly authorize. Any other access or use is prohibited.
License
Authorized users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Software for the internal business purposes of Relay Capital Inc and its affiliated entities. No ownership rights are transferred. The Software and all related materials remain the property of Relay Capital Inc.
Third-Party Services
The Software connects to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, under authorization granted by the connected entity. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relay Capital Inc is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software. Because the Software is internal-use only, these terms create no rights for any third party.
Changes
Relay Capital Inc may update these terms at any time. The current version will be posted at this address with its effective date.
